Default Convertibles in a car wash?

I have never seen a convertible going through a car wash until today - and yes the roof was up

I have never even thought about this, but surely this can't be a good move as those brushes must put a lot of pressure on the roof etc

Safe or not, it's stupid if you care about the paintwork of your car. Car washes are what put scrapes and swirl marks on your car.

Agreed. I've never put any of my cars through a car wash.

Wouldnt put my company car through car wash let alone my own car! They are shite, waste of money if you ask me. Dont get half the car clean and scratch it at the same time. Plenty of handwashing places in Sheffield that only charge

It was an MG.

The bloke was obviously trying to drown it so he could get the insurance and buy a working car
