I'm not much of a whinger but I'm seriously p1ssed with a Honda Dealer (Motorcycles) that I dealt with recently and I'd like to complain to Honda about them.

Is there a specific email address for complaints or should I just write to HUK, maybe addressed to Ken Keir (if he's still the MD)?

I know there have been complaints sent before (bushes etc) and just wondered if anyone got any decent responses from Honda?

As with all these cases, your first port of call should be to the Dealer Principle. If no joy then escalate to HUK.
