Is it me or are cars getting more expensive? Case in point, I went to the Audi dealer today with the old man.

Compare them to houses and they are going down in value.

I dont think they are going up any faster then the rate of inflation... infact you can get some fairly decent brand new cars now for under 20k is fairly impressive if you ask me.

Dealr living in cloud cuckoo land. Probably spec'ed every extra onto the demonstators and then want's him money back. Was a firm Audi fan for years but TBH they are losing the plot a bit now.

In fact cars are getting cheaper compared to the the average income.

However this Audi dealer is clearly taking the pi$$.

Audi is going for the "premium" or "prestige" brand, so they'll cost a lot.

Have a look at how much a Aygo costs ..

Cars are far cheaper & better than ever.

However, there are the premium/luxury brands with the glass doors, so they can see you coming.

VW Phaeton is fairly good value, you get a fair bit of kit for you money.

Much better value if you buy a 2 or 3 year old one

Don't they pay you money for buying a 2 or 3 year old Phaeton?
