Cars EVERYONE should try

Talking about idiot territory, MH car sales near Woodstock has a 1968 VW Beetle in decent and unmodified condition and no rust for sale at £ 19,999. Yep you read that right. I had two of those more than 40 years ago. And they were shite,
Of course our S2000s are much better cars than the 205 GTI, not to mention old crap Escorts that also go for silly money. A client of mine had a 1943 Willys Jeep and he sold that recently for £ 25k Give it 5-10 years and a decent S2000 should easily sell for £ 25k - £ 50k imho.

Couldn't really argue with that TBH..
Only problem is, mine is a daily so if I'm arsed about value, I'd have to tuck the thing away in my garage for yearly outings.
CBA with that... These cars are for enjoying..

Mate across from me has a couple of 911s
One is 28 years old, seems excellent nick, it's low miles and he can enjoy it the odd sunny day and it will still appreciate over the long term as if someone wants an analogue 911 they are getting rarer
S2000 similar. I use mine when I want but it's rare. Sub 1k miles on the STD one, maybe a bit more on the SC one. The key is probably that I have 3 cars and 2 bikes and a kid so the e soaks up daily duties
I'd prefer to use the S more but a divorce would be expensive
I would also prefer to have 6 or so but where we live no space

EP3???? I'm more convinced these hacks make it up as they go along - bit like how they say the same about Alfas, when the reality is too often a pile of shit to drive. With the old ones it was cock-eyed set-up; newer ones the GM/FIAT shit underneath.
If there were time, there's too much I'd like to drive; often really mundane shit like a Ro80 or DS with the semi-auto.
I'd also want to drive a 128 or Sud or GS again; I'd like to know if it's positive memory syndrome or whether they really were good for such innocuous PoS.
I'd also like to drive several Ferraris, which is what I ought to have done (there is so rarely opportunity to drive them properly, if at all) but I suppose that falls into the Zonda category.
So probably the Honda Leg End! People tell me it's excellent.

A Leg-end...
Only one person on here that usually (or used to) beam about it. Hi tech for its time and excellent handling for its bloaty size.. But..unfortunately.. not many cared in that badge snob exec market. There were better German options available and it was an often ignored motor due to its looks alone, never mind awkward looking switchgear. Thirsty 5 speed 3.5 v6 won't go down well these days...
It was more of a hit in the US market
