Ian

MSO = McLaren Special Operations
I had some custom interior parts done by them and just wanted to get a dateless plate on it

Looks like an outstanding trip in an outstanding car. You certainly covered the miles! Is it the section of A836 from Lairg - Tongue that's your favourite? Did you go into the main part of the hotel when you had lunch at the Torridan Inn - thats proper posh, and just about right for a McLaren driver The Wester Ross area is probably my favourite part of Scotland, but generally the further north you go the less traffic you see

Yep A836 going North - Love it - fast clear views with lots of sweeping bends
Nope didn't go in to the Torridon Hotel, keep meaning to try it but the room rate is 3-4 tanks of fuel in the McLaren!
Wester Ross is another favourite but the NW section is too narrow, twist and undulating for my liking

Off on a Welsh Weekend in a couple of weeks.

A group of 20 cars will be setting off from here around 10AM on 23rd feel free to come along

Started cleaning Bruce down after the recent Scotland trip
It seems I have worn out a set of rears in 4.2k miles
Checking around it looks like I've also shredded the 4 plastic aero vanes on the under trays

Well, I suppose you were running it in/getting used to it.

So the long tyre life is excused.

Or is that just me..?
