The best estate car on the market is
a Volvo V70 535d Quattro Automatic with BMW Media pack.
They are all good in they're own ways so the car I want to buy has the comfort and load space of a V70, the engine of a 535d and the Audi 4wd and auto gearbox. Alas there is no car that good so I'm going to step away for 3 weeks from it all and then probably buy something completely different and cheaper so I can toss money at the S2000

The accord tourer is fine but heavy, VERY heavy. That's the reason it wasn't in contention I had a lengthy go at one while honda fkuced up my roof replacement. It has been chipped to 200bhp and the car just couldn't handle being driven, very understeery. Otherwise perfectly nice on the inside but I'd rather have a mondeo tbh.

not sure I would agree on quattro being the best 4WD..
surely a variable 4WD like haldex is overall more flexible in terms of grip and other performance metrics.. fuel consumption, tyre wear..
