NineBolts is right: I read somewhere there were only three entries up for grabs (though if Toyota do leave, that could be four, or perhaps they'd look to sell their place).
ProDrive are pretty likely given Dave Richard's record, and I would think USGP are likely given F1 wanting to appeal to the US. As for the others, Campos have done pretty well in GP2; Lola make cars for just about everybody, and I guess anything backed by Mike Gasgoyne would be good too, so who knows who would get the last place.
