I kind of agree with the line. The C6 Z06 is pretty much the Viper's equal. The ZR1 will absolutely demolish a Viper.
Z06 = base Viper; ZR1 = Viper ACR, more or less.

I'm thinking much less. I don't think even the ACR has much of a chance against the ZR1. Time will tell.

considering the ACR beat the GTR by a few seconds and the ZR1 only beats the GTR by a few seconds, I'd say it would be a great race between the two of them

Gorgeous car.
If that car can be had for $100,000 and I had the money, I'll be getting that car for sure.

but like the article said, the ACR isn't gonna be much of anything but a track car. Some people are willing to drive a track car around every day, but 99% aren't.
So I'd say the ZR1 is way faster given it's level of practicality.

GTR ran Nurburgring in 7:38. ZR1 ran it in 7:26. Considering the speeds you achieve on that course, 12 seconds is an ass-whooping of a distance. I really don't think the ACR is going to be that close.

But it's all hearsay until they both hit the same track in the same conditions.

GT-R ran it 7:29. Multiple sources, video confirmed.
