I bought my Z4M roadster with 11k miles for $29k back in 2011 (I know the coupe is more special and as such will demand a higher price). Since then, I've only put on 7k miles on it. Still I see them going for $30k, sometimes more in similar condition. They really hold their value, which goes to show how special they are. From what I've heard, slap on a SC, and you're looking at 500HP. But I plan to keep mine bone stock.
But the Z4M Coupe is one of the most beautiful BMWs ever made. That's a sweet white one, j03chu.

j03chu,
That is a beautiful Z4MC. I almost bought one back in 08...I think it was about 35k or so. I love the design.
I actually like the current Z4 also. Surprisingly I've seen a single current Z4 modified, either in person or online.

Man that would be a hard decision. I have thought about buying all the cars you named. If you were buying all them brand new with full warranty I would choose either the z4m or the cayman s. I really not a fan of the z4 but the m package makes it different from the rest. The cayman is a sweet ass ride and the fact is a p car makes it better. If we're talking used with no warranty I would get the cr.
There is something about the look of the CR that's looks so nice. When you park tour s2k next to a cr it's kinda sad.

I feel the same exact way about the predecessor Z4 that was Bangle influenced. I never cared for the regular Z4 but the Z4M Coupe or Roadster definitely makes it special. I thought I read in an article somewhere that when BMW built the Z4M, it's focused competition at the time (2006) was not the Boxter S, but the 911. I don't know how true that is.
