^^Depends on the state. In VA, when I lived there, anything 20+ over the posted limit is wreckless. In AL, where I live now, its just a speeding ticket. Wreckless tickets are written for DUI's and similar.

As to the video...that cop seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. At least he didn't give him a ticket.

That seemed staged. The convenient camera, the fact it's in his lap (trust me if this guy was really that much of a douche, he would've said something about it [it was barely out of site]), the "cops" tone sounds like he's trying not to act.

If he got no ticket, then the cop can say w/e he wants I wouldn't care. If he got a ticket, then w/e... shouldn't be going 90+ in a 70. Lesson learned.

The guy being from germany could have had diplomatic immunity. I know when my buddy moved here from Israel he worked for the government. Even though I dont believe in drinking and driving he did it and got no ticket.

hahah hurtin for a month! if there is no ticket, the cop isnt a bad cop, if it was a basic traffic violation i wish all cops would let you go with a warning.
