Why is it we never hear about Ferrari's technology innovations being banned?
I believe that many technological improvements that would give other teams a better chance of beating Ferrari should be welcomed by the FIA.

I personaly wish that there were no performance regulations in F1. i don't care if ferrari always wins, I jsut want to see the worlds fastest cars go around a track.

If they made F1 unregulated, two things would happen. Firstly, there would be an even stronger correlation between budget and race performance; Ferrari's dominance would likely become even greater. Secondly, drivers would die due to the speeds; today's F1 cars are heavily regulated and are thus nowhere near as fast as they would be absent any rules.
Neither of these outcomes is desireable, in my opinion.
