Alright gang, here is the deal. I have a 2003 G35 6 speed sedan with 23k mi on the clock. Although G35 is a nice car, I don't like its handling. I want to trade it in for a brand new 05 or 06 RSX-S. If I am able to get a straight trade from the dealership, would you guys do it? I want to hear your opinions.

 

Humm..no, buy some springs and new dampers, hell change the wheels and tires. To me, the only thing you might, and that is a big might, get in the RSX is just the handling.

I probably would. The G35 feels like a boat compared to the RSX-S.. it all comes down to what you are looking for.. you'll lose the few luxury aspects of the G35, but gain the sportier aspects of the RSX

 

you already have an S2000, drive that if you want sporty.

The '05 Rsx S is a great little car. I had an '02 that I traded in when I bought the s2000. I liked it so much that I bought an '05. Major improvements over the '02/'04. Very nice handling and plenty of power (for a front-driver). Compared to the S it actually feels roomy, and I always liked the idea of a hatch. You can fit lots of junk in it. I know that it's not the right car for a lot of people, but it's got one thing that I really like. It's got a high fun to drive factor.
