I do this to myself every few months. I look at the deals on Z06 getting better each day.

If your car is payed off, and you can get one for $24K at 0% that'd be around $500 x 48 months.

Why get a Z06, when the new Corvette has almost the same hp (at 400) and will cost several thousand less. I'm guessing a Z06 costs around $50k, but the new Corvette is in the low to mid 40s.

I would never trade my car in for a Z06, even if the Z06 had 1000 hp.

There are plenty of problems with the C5 that have been fixed in the C6, such as side windows vibrating at high speeds and excessive tire noise even for a sports car.

I suggest you check out the Corvette forum some before jumping into getting a Z06.

No. Ask every S2000 owner here, an probably 95% of them will say no also - or they would have done so already. (Barring the ones who can only afford the S2000 and no more.)

the only way i would wantone, is if they trade me stright up for a brand new one..
as mind is a 2000. and i would like a c-6, zo6..maybe called zo-7(don't know and don't care)

As i can tell there is no dealer in the world that would do this, so looks like the answer is no, never, but only if it was free....................but would never trade the s for it
