well i dont think its a m3?!?! is that the point???
m3 usually have the quad exhaust. prolly a 325+ with a m3 kit.

there are a number of things you are able to tell that it is not an m3.

I had the good fortune of spotting an E36 M325i a couple of weeks back.
They actually stuck an M badge right in front of the 325i badge.

Luckily for all E36 oweners a real E36 M3 passed me that same day, and restored my faith in E36's.

Poser.I knew right away it's not E46,doesn't look phat like the real M3.
