Who would like to drive a GNX rather than

Vette all the way. More power, more fun, quicker, more reliable, lots of aftermarket support, and you can take it to the track (any track!).
The GNX is cool but it isn't exactly a driver's car (unless you travel everywhere in a straight line). That's just not my type of car for a "fun" car.

Someone doesnt like the interior who cares.
Anyone who buys this to drive around will expect most people to think it's just an 80's Buick in nice shape. It's not going to impress anybody at the golf course or the club. Well, except for those that know what it is, anyway.

That car's interior is hideous. But, I think most/all of us can't relate to the people who would buy a $100k GNX. This is more for the guy who already own 15-20 cars or more. I personally think the guy who's family owns the yellow pages would be the kind of guy who buys this car. He owns a Oldsmobile van pace car and a few other oddballs. The GNX would be a work of art compared to those cars.

I finally managed to get into an S2000...always wanted one because it is an interesting car (in addition to its many other virtues).
One of my other vehicles is a 1992 Galant VR4 (awd turbo...maybe 290HP) Its rough around the edges, has a leg-breaker clutch, idles kind of funny, has a few dents...but its interesting.
Give me an interesting car like the GNX or even a GN over a far more comfortable, practical, well behaved, good handling car like a civic or *shudder* camray any day.
I owned a very nice v6 accord for awhile. VERY sweet ride. Handled well (with some good springs and shocks), quick (thanks, Comptech...rip) got good mileage, was roomy, comfortable, yada yada...and after a year it was a total bore to drive.
Give me interesting. (Of course a c6 would be interesting for awhile at least).

You're either going to buy the car as an investment or as a driver, it really can't be both. Don't trumpet a $92k ebay bid and a potential $1M auction price AND tell me how they can be modified to push 1200hp because these are mutually exclusive in the same car. So spend your $92k on a GNX and continue to watch it collect dust hoping to catch a chump at Barrett-Jackson 2037, or go buy a car that is actually worth $92k.
I'd be in a '99 Ferrari 355b 6 speed for that price. What will it be worth in 30 years? 30 years worth of driving pleasure.
