I think it's more of a bell curve distribution on who's better. I think some of the best are sports car drivers at the top of the bell. The middle of the bell is the everyday driver. Then the bottom of the bell are the sports car drivers who don't know that they drive too fast (or with big attitudes who drive too slow in the fast lanes).

Kinda like this (S for sports cars, E for everyday)
