that sucks
and I doubt that can cover by warranty.
I know a guy that also drive a RSX and blow up the engine because mis-shift.
is the same person?

Wow, that thing is trashed. I've done this once in my s2k, 85MPH 3rd to 2nd. Got clutch back in very quickly (within one secnd), but the tac was pegged and the rear wheels chirped. I've since put another 500miles on the car and it seems fine, but I shift MUCH more carfully now.
