M3 or is250
How are these 2 cars even in the same league as each other? Unless you're referring to an older M3...

Anyway, my S will be paid off by 2012, which seems like a very long time from now, but isn't too long of a wait, especially since I'm already enjoying my S so much. By then, I'm hoping to look into buying a car I would've bought new this past year if the economy hadn't messed with my family's income... An M6.

(Maybe)

My good friend just got a 997.2 c2s cab. It's so sweet. I liked it TONS more than the boxter. It has much more power and power delivery.

EDIT:

I just noticed my post in this thread from 5 years ago. HOLY crap how things have changed.

I recently sold my s2000 and am in the process of making a deal on a Murcielago.
Geez Raj. The med field must be doing well I remember you were looking for a Gallardo, and now stepping up into a Murcie

audi tt-s
e90 330i
volvo c30
cadillac cts-v (previous gen)
mini clubman (maybe)

if my s2000 were to be totalled, it would be replaced with ANOTHER ap2 s2000. i dont ever see myself selling it

(3 years of ownership now)

i'll take this...

That would be my car if I won the lottery t0m0, but I see the new Z4 as a plausible next car. Assuming I would just have money, but not enough to throw away, how reliable is the C8?

I don't know yet. I was set on a 2004 Saleen S281 but financing is iffy right now, so I either will wait for it or keep the Element long-term.

You were looking at cars in the 30-40k range. I guess you overshot your career goals?
PROPS. Care to share details??
Sorry, I just saw this. I am an Anesthesiologist. In 2002 I was a lowly resident and now push forward 7 years and I'm in private practice. A couple of good years coupled with the recession have put me in the position to buy a car I never thought I'd be able to get. I figure I might as well go big now because who knows what the future brings.

I think in the next year or 2 I will be looking for a Cooper convertible. This will not replace any car that we already have just a 3rd convertible that has a back seat so if we go anywhere as a family we can take one car that has a drop top. We will probably keep our pacifica just for trips to Home Depot and anywhere we need to take the dogs. (2 great danes) But both my wife and I hate the pacifica we do need it sometimes.
