To me, any lumpy V8 with exhaust cut-outs. Say a cammed Mustang or Vette (e.g. my '03 Z06 with twin Flowmaster Y's open). The rumble of the earth sends chills down my spine.
I love the lopey-ness (??) of my C5's cam and Corsa exhaust.
On a side note, maybe this thread should have had more specifics? New or used cars? Stock or aftermarket exhausts?

This is a great thread I've actually been looking for this very thing.
What I have come up with is either
Cayman S with Remus exhaust
or
370z with intake,headers and exhaust...

Couldn't agree with your Cayman S with Borla Exhaust any more. I've had plenty of seat time in one of the board members' Cayman S' with that exhaust and the sound is divine.
