$35,000 is enough for you to buy a nice new car, why spend it on used vehicles, which you don't know the history of. Here are the ones I could think on top of my head, all new:
Subaru Legacy GT
Acura TL
Infiniti G35 sedan/coupe
Mazda RX-8
Nissan 350Z
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution
Subaru Impreza WRX STi
Acura TSX
Lexus IS300
BMW 325i/325Ci
Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor
But if you have to buy a used car, is it enough to get a 01 M3?
