"Typical white male from the midwest?"
Um, I'm 6'2" 215lbs from Dallas. Does that qualify as "overweight rednecks with their fat ass beer bellies?"
Just because a lot of people from America aren't little Asian midgets doesn't mean that we're not in shape or can't drive a smaller car.
When I'm just rolling down the highway during a typical commute with no entertaining driving in the cards, I'd rather be in my parent's old '92 Deville that they gave me than my '05 S2000.
It's just damn comfortable and easy to drive. I get out feeling refreshed and not pissed off like I do when I drive the S2000 because I really feel the need to haul a**, hitting VTEC at every oppotunity, putting nearly EVERYONE in my way.

Thanks for making my point QUICKAG. This thread is funny with some many over sensitive people quick to defend themselves against a general comment that wasn't directed at them.

Well mav I am from the mid-west (though I no longer live there). At 6" tall I would say you are a borderline midget. Hell my triathlete sister is as tall as you. I'm not sure that diet had much to do with my height. Then again, perhaps because I'm from the friendly mid-west and have lived in several parts of the US and a brief stay in Japan I don

So what's wrong with you that you didn't even grow to be as tall as the average swedish girl?

Thats because European and Japanese cars are built for people that are in shape and fit, not overweight rednecks with their fat ass beer bellies interfering with the movement of the steering wheel. Besides sumo wrestlers, there aren't a lot of fat Japanese people. In Europe, most are in decent shape.
At 5'6" and 140lbs, I'm very comfortable in my S2000 and M3, even on long road trips. However stick a typical white male from the mid-west, I'm sure he'll compare both cars to inhumane torture after a couple of hours.
Sad but oh so true.

I've driven a Newer Buick before. Rides smooth, steering was real touchy. No complaints aesthetically, they look respectable.
On a more level headed note, the Chrysler line isn't bad at all... Hemi's 300C's are sweet, can't remember the name of the other Chrysler / I rode in... but the leather was quality, interior was sharp, wood grain , nothing to laugh at!
Still I'd never buy one! 90% of the people I see driving these cars, do look retired.
