That is a Spec C, then they customize it. A Spec-C Sti is a more expensive Sti, getting better parts and a bunch of aluminum parts (body panels and such). So a Spec-C is about $37K, add to that everything they did and it's not going to be another 3K.

So what makes any more special than an STI built with well chosen aftermarket parts? (omitting the Spec-C which isnt available in the US) probably nothing IMO. You can mod an STI pretty stealthy and with the proper turbo selection and internal work i am sure that low lag 415 hp can be obtained w/o a problem.

One of the biggest things with this Type-25 is the level of polish that it has when you consider it a tuner car. Not polish in the sense of luxury, but polish in the sense of all things being sorted out.
Also, the engine being built or at least developed by Cosworth is definately a plus for this car.
