Well, I called the number but they didn't call me back. I guess they don't wanna spend $ for an international call!

i dont understand why people flee the scene of an accident...when theyre not even in the car. there's TONS of evidence in the car to find the owner such as various VINs throughout the car, and im sure there are some other labellings that are vehicle-specific.
