To this day I like my Prelude better in the "looks" department over the S2000 and moreso than BMW as well.
...but then again, I'm more of a hot-rodder at heart. She has been dearly departed for about two years now. The S2000 has turned into the project racer/street driver and I will turn to a late '70s or early 80's Chevy as a rod project in another couple of years.

I own both, the S handles better, lightweight and nimble RWD.
Prelude Vtec (98' H22) feels more aggressive, handles well for a heavy car. I have a regular lude (not SH) which is handles better than SH IMO. Lude has 210K
Prelude looks Great IMO (better than Integra, etc) but the S is a superior looking car IMO.
performance Numbers? HP and TQ are posted everywhere on this forum. Plenty of videos to compare ap1 and ap2 and s2000 vs other makes and models by both pro drivers and weekend warriors. Search is your friend.
