What do you guys think?
It's a 2001 SV650S full fairing. 6800 miles, he wants $3800. He is the 2nd owner, and to my knowlege the bike has never been dropped. This will be my 1st bike, I'm taking the BRC in July. Let me know if you think his price is fair.

-look at the tires, good to see a nice chicken stripe on them, if not the never been down statement may be false, not a big issue even if the bike crashed
