I'm going to be looking for another DD in about a year, however I'm probably going to get something more luxurious like a LS430, maybe 460 depending on how much they come down in price.

I liked and could put up with the Legacy GT spec B because it's not as ricey/doesn't have as many bad stereotypes as a STi, or how about a CPO 335i? Not sure how cheap those are yet...

What is your timeframe? ASAP? Or within the next year?

You said you liked the Cayman S. The closest thing for $20k is a 986 Boxster S.
Already have a S2000, don't need another roadster. I like the Cayman because of the extra hatch space, coupe factor (easy to daily driver). 335 and 135i are still overpriced (40K+) plus 300+rwhp to an open diff sucks.

I don't have a certain timeframe, maybe within the next 6 months. I figure when the housing market hits rock bottom is when I'll make the move.

2001.5-2002 Audi S4 Stage 3 6speed Negora Blue w/ black interior. Most of all the unreliable parts are replaced in a stage 3. APR has a chip with different modes which is conveniant. I believe some other chips can do this also. Put a suspension and neuspeed rear sway bar and the car will handle decently.

2001 Porsche Boxster S with CPO warranty good for 2 year from date of purchase.

Classy, extremely fun to drive and you can drop the top.

The older CTS-V. Z06/C6 in four door trim and a pretty decent interior.

I don't really see the point in having two roughly similar cars - eg S2000 and Boxster S. That's just extra overhead costs to have two cars that are too similar. If you want to go that direction I'd say sell the S and go for a newer Cayman/Boxster.

He already said he didn't want a Boxster and that a Cayman is out of price range.
