Default Welcome to Bike Talk!

Many S2000 owners also own motorcycles of some sort as well. Bike Talk offers a place dedicated to the discussion of these 2-wheel high-revers. Enjoy!

Great! Two of my favorite pastimes on one forum. Who has it better than us?

cthree can we get a "Boat Talk" forum going so I can think I died and went to Heaven?

I will start by saying that I have been riding for about 34 years or so (since I was a kid) and have owned mostly all Honda Bikes except for my first (Kawasaki Bushmaster 90cc).

I currently own a 1995 Honda VFR 750F, red with a Two Brothers carbon fiber can, K&N filter and Factory stage one jet kit. I also have a Corbin GunFighter & Lady seat. I love the Honda V4s and the VFRs gear drive whine with the Small Block V-8 sound of the exhaust is sublime.

PS I have all the stock parts also.

Say it ain't so...
That's a sweet bike ... almost the one I WAS thinking about purchasing until I decided I needed a more raw bike ... so I'm in the market for an R6.

Something about that yellow/black F4i says, "I'm sooooooo sexy."

The S2000 is so close to being a motorcycle with 4 wheels that I stopped riding my last bike ('98 Honda VFR) so I sold it. But my history goes something like this:

'65 Honda 150, ?? Honda 750K, ?? Honda 500-4, '77 Honda 750 F2, '80 Honda CBX, '89 Kaw. ZX-10 Ninja, '93 Yamaha Venture Royale, '95 Yamaha VMax, '98 VFR. Next up might be the Yamaha FZ-1.

I did the same, and sold my streetbike ('00 R1) a couple of months after buying my S2000. After a while, though, I realized it wasn't the same, and I also missed the camaraderie of doing long rides w/ my biking friends.

Neither one is a perfect substitute for the other!
