That thing has been for sale forever.

Its a really really clean build.

The Minority report car - I WOULD so drive. Drop it on a custom tube frame chassis with an STi motor driving the rear wheels, custom interior and some high end detailing (good head/taill lights, BBK and nicely finished windows) and you've got a winner.

I assume that Echotech is to GM motors what Vtech is to Honda motors.

I don't know why Honda would need a phone for their motors, but I'm not too sure about Honda's future vehicles anyway.
