Since when is it illegal to block? I don't see anything wrong with the Porsche at the last turn...he ran him towards the wall, so what? The vette would have no choice but to hit his brakes and accept defeat.
from my understanding, it is not illegal to block, but you can't force someone to the wall either. you can push them twards it, but you need to leave them enough room to drive.

now if the vette was still behind the porsche or even if he was just starting to nose up on him i would say that the move was completely valid. but once the vette is up anlong side you, you cannot force him off track. especially on a straight where you can't argue that you had no choice like you could if you carried too much speed into a corner.

The way the wall moves out right at Laguna, Berg knew what he was doing and gave him a:&feature=related

it was in retaliation for the bump pass attempt exiting the corner.
Definately rough driving by both but made for an exciting race and intrest in next year to see how these teams / rivalry will respond.

Just glad no one got hurt.

^ the argument becomes, did the porsche push him so far that he didn't actually have room to drive?

from what I saw, it was very close, but not conclusive.

The argument is still in the air about whether or not Berg pushed Jan or Jan went right to avoid the wall and ran into Berg.
