2 L with 250 bhp @ 6k rpm with ricey flared fender panels and the x-large ricey wing...

I think I'd rather go with the plain jane STi, hm?

That's because it's a special edition of a WRX, not STi. It even comes in a 4 speed automatic or 5 speed manual.

Ya I'm sick of all these JDM specials. Sometimes it's the same car as another, but with one thing added to the exterior or like 2 extra horsepower, and all of a sudden it's the next big thing.

I'll take a regular STI.

to tell you the truth.
I have checked all the version of STi Japan (or simply Asia, including Australia market)

we all get 261HP version. (the Version C Type RA, S203, and the V44)

USA version has 300HP...so you guys actually are the lucky one

The fender flares are the same as all Impreza sedans and the wing is the same as the STi....

Huh? STis in Japan were listed as 280hp before because of government regulation like any other Japanese car but they were under-rated like many.

Now that the limit is no more you're starting to see ppl coming out with higher hp cars. S203 for example is around 320hp.

If we can't get it here, I usually ignore it.
