they are probably pushing intel and surveillance, that is the future right now for them

we can blow money on this (im guessing that it will be used for recruiting purposes) and we cannot provide adequate armor/protection for our troops in combat (afghanistan/iraq)?

I'm assuming the driver sits in the center with legs on each side of the gearbox and the gearbox between his/her lap.

No. The AF was good. I saw these cars on Car design news a while back.. just thought it was corny/dumb.
