I guess I don't mind keeping my S2000 for a while. It never hurts to have a convertible for a nice warm day drive and the S2000 is not a bad ride at all.
So far I haven't been bombarded with crazy offers for the Z06. I will lose my shirt if I sell the S2000, I'll loose more money than I'll save on the Z06. I live in Maryland so my trade doesn't count against my sales tax for a new car.
Also I'm not in love with the Z06 (I love the performance), but I'd probably like the overall package of a 500 HP M6/M5 or a GT3 or NSX.
In a year or two, I should be able to buy whatever I want, money won't be an issue. So it makes more sense for me to wait.

I'm not unloading my Z06 for a base C6. The Z handles better and is still slightly faster. Now if a "Blue Devil" blown C6 with 700-odd HP comes out I might just get in line to trade...
