evo, Car, and Top Gear are all great monthly mags. Autocar is an excellent weekly if you want to really keep on top of the latest. If you had to pick just one, I would recommend evo. I have 30 of the first 50 issues published so far. On the whole, the writers do a really good job of articulating the driver appeal of the subject cars. They also have a good eye for exciting cars. evo was the first magazine to feature the Pagani Zonda.

I just picked up the December issues of all three monthlies. This month Top Gear wins. There is a comparison test of the Lambo Murcielao, Pagani Zonda S, Aston Vanquish, Ferrari 575M, 911 Turbo, TVR Cerbera and SL55 AMG with full test data and even track lap times. Top Gear has a new test facility with the track portion designed by Lotus. The magazine also has a mystery driver who track tests all the cars. His identity has not yet been revealed but he is a top international racing driver.
