twin charged lotus exige

I just watched it again... If it is not sped up, at least at some parts, he seems to be moving at Walter Rorhl type speeds, with no tire squeal, steering wheel thrashing, or wandering across the center line. His skill and the composure of the car are beyond belief.
I mean, I guess it is possible, but I think we've all seen a lot of cockpit videos and this one looks too fast to be true. Plus, I'm all about canyon runs but no one should be driving like that on public roads.
But what do I know, I just watched it on Youtube.

i too am shocked at the lack of tire noise but I don't know what kind of tires he is on, probably safe to assume this thing is not on stock tires/suspension given the level of engine work done.

As far as the speed being fake I doubt, I mean the car is about 2000lbs (prob a little more) plus from his youtube comments, he claims to be pushing about 400hp or more. Either way he does a good job staying in the lane.

Video is real, I dont know him however I have a Celica buddy who follows his car on the Celica Forums. Guy contributes quite a bit to that Engine if I understand right.

Loved the video and the sound. Looks VERY fast, but seems like a closed casket funeral waiting to happen.

It's funny that lotus is making a great engine from the last gen celica GT-S. It's almost like toyota made the best engine for the wrong car, should have given the 2zz-ge to the MR-S in the first place.
