I for one don't dismiss the fact that the Evo & STI rushed the need to develope Sh-AWD and the turbo on the RDX...

I'd have to say that Mitsubishi has maintained the ugliest line of cars for sale in the US over the past decade. Are they only aspiring to rental car status?

There is talk that Mitsu will pull out of the U.S. market if they're new re-designs don't sell. Smart move financialy perhaps. They need to slim down, get back to basics.
Anyway, if Honda was smart they would quickly develop a new car for all the Evo guys to feed into...and perhaps most of the current S2k owners as well when time comes. After all how much longer can the S2k keep going?
Maybe we'll indeed see a s3ki.com, r2ki.com, r2kpsi.com....etc... Should be fun to see how the future pans out in this arena.

News articles are now just appearing about this topic.
Yeah, Audi's Quattro is hardcore.

I had nearly no problems with my Evo or a 1996 Gallant that we leased for 30 months.... both performed above average and took abuse doing it.

Been there - RWD is more fun to drive.
A friend of mine owns a 2003 model STi and it goes the quarter mile in 12.3 seconds. I have driven it and find it

If i had an Evo i'm sure i'd have a blast too though. Upgrades look so juicy, and you can drive it anytime. I cought myself looking at Evos/STIs/ & 911Turbos for a 2nd vehicle this week...hehe
OF couse i could aim lower and go CRV or older Subaru.
