low 30's and wrx motor w/ 6 speed trans according to automobile mag hmmm. If that price point is correct I have just lost a little interest

290 hp, RWD, under 3000 lbs, and 6MT? Why would you lose interest? That's a 350Z on a diet! Sounds perfect to me, especially with the easy upgrades to get to 330ish hp and similar torque.

let me clarify... I lost interest buying it brand new... 1 or 2 yrs old south of 30k and i'm buying it...

Remember that this car is a Toyota/Subaru project. In this case, it used Subaru body parts

If it uses a Subaru drivetrain, Subaru wheels, Subaru body panels, and Subaru interior... isn't it a Subaru? Why call it a Toyota?
