yes i admit that is fast, 117 is good to take a STOCK Z06. Add a Intake and catback and u will have 119MPH car with the Z06 and most Z06's out there have more than that. Anyways lets get back to Stock Z06.

Since we are playing the "IF" game..IF I put a 3 rotor with single turbo in my RX-7 I will take out a SC or turbo Z06..but then again that is a BIG "IF"

I have seen turboed S2k's run 12.5's-12.6's. . I have seen the Z06 runs from 12.85
If you saw the Z06 run a 12.85 the driver was probably high.

No FI S2000 will hang with a stock Z06...period. Say what you will and dream what you will but it aint going to happen. Sorry if this ruins your day.

As far as supercharging is concerned with the Z06. I wouldn't let anyone other than Lingenfelter touch that car.

no removable top on the Z06. The model is FRC.
It is a fixed roof coupe....so I think we can stop arguing about that. It only comes in one flavor. There are custom convertible Z06's running around, but they are rare. If you see a "Z06" with a long sloping back window it is a "big mac and fries".....american rice...as i like to call it.

1/4 mile this....1/4 mile that...overall a SC turbo S2000 and any SC s2000 is gonna be lucky to run with a Z06 to 100 and will get destroyed as speeds approach 150 or so. The much greater HP and better Cd will win any day.

Now cbj....whatever his name is...his car would spank a Z06, but that is a whole different story.

At that point, who cares, a 12.5 S2000 is sick, Z06 is sick, they're all sick. A 12.5 sec car will beat 99% of everything. 911, M3, C5, 360, Z8 ect. Thats about what most Z06's and 911 turbos are getting. Look at European car this month. A very good shop near my house has a 500+hp S4 that runs high 11's. whew.
