Hey, I just woke up from a 15 year deep sleep and I have this '93 Del Sol. I was wondering how it compares to this thing called a Nissan GT-R? I heard about it on TV and was wondering how it's better than my Del Sol?

4th Gen Prelude is '92-'96.
5th Gen is '97-'01.
I never drove a 3rd Gen Prelude, but had an 88 Accord coupe based off the same chassis. It was a fun car to drive. Even w/ 90-something HP, it was fast enough for me, since it was relatively light (2200-2400lbs, IIRC). It was also nimble for a sport coupe. Still, there's no comparison to an S2000.
RWD vs FWD
50/50 vs 60/40 weight distribution
240hp vs ~100hp
stiff chassis vs not-so-stiff chassis
convertible vs coupe
If you upgrade to an S2000, it'll be a night & day difference. My one bit of advice to you: don't drive it like an ass, 'cuz it will come back to bite you.
Oh, and your comment about the 3rd gen was childish.

disadvantages of s2k:
no rear seats
visibility is horrible with top up
significantly higher insurance rates
you'll have less money in your bank account
poorer fuel economy
small trunk space
suspension significantly more taut = less comfortable ride
potential accident waiting to happen for novice rwd drivers
