so how much would you pay for this car at the most?, taking into consideration that I am not in hurry and not rushing to buy?

Those pictures do NOTHING for me. I'm not a Corvette hater, per se, they're just not appealing photos. Maybe it's the diner-vinyl-style upholstery. Edit - actually, the interior is simply hideous in general, it's not just the color. Looks like a rental car.

Def get the 02-03, there's jsut no point in getting the 01. Considering you're starting to see more of the 02-03s in that price range (so same bargain principle applies), it just makes more sense especialyl since you're not in a rush.
For the most part the c5s lack in interior materials quality but it does not take away from its durability, and the car is reliable especially when considering the cars it's competeing against.

Way too much.
Keep shopping around. You'll find something 2002+ with less miles and a better price than that.
I'd say that car is worth about 22-23k tops.
You can probably find something with under 15K miles, 2003 or so, or around 25-28K.
To give you some idea, I bought my 2002 with 12K miles in early 2005 for 32K. It's 3 and a half years later, and prices should have dropped alot.

I was looking at the 03 zo6 as my next car...but then I saw how much c6's were going for...I mean, there really is no reason to pick the c5 zo6 over an 05 or 06. I've seen them from 28K to 35K, which is a great price with low mileage.
the c5 body style looks incredibly dated now...

A c5 z06 can easily be had for sub 25k. A c6 2005 is rarely 30-31k.
That's a substantial difference for no performance gain. The HID's , body style, and updated interior may be worth it...to you .
