and starting today in California and Washington, cellphones without hands free kit are baned, so we are gonna get rid of the "soccer mom + very large SUV + cell phone" syndrome very soon guys, cheers!

I have no problem with "Work trucks" or "Weekend Toys" when they're actually used for their labeled intent. But all of you know that since this trend started it's been %90 single passenger idiots daily driving these monstrosities!
Even doing 20,000 miles a year getting 12-15 mpg and gas costing $4.00 a gallon it still didn't make much sense to buy a second car. Even something like the Fit would take 5-6 years to pay for itself excluding the double insurance. Not to mention maintaining old pick ups is incredibly cheap which I can't say about old Japanese cars. Subaru is worse than Honda but god damn $400+ for a wheel bearing?

lol I just love seeing the sensational stories on the news like the one about the poor guy who can't get rid of his Durango but can't afford to drive it anymore.
I shed a tear. Laughing.
Obviously, he didn't need it or USE it if he's so eager to get rid of it.
People have started to think about SUVs as jacked up station wagons. Manufacturers have been making them less and less rugged for years. Driving a tank to the grocery store is a bad idea.
If you NEED or USE the thing, great. Otherwise, WTF is the point? Oh wait....optical penis enlargement.

I bought a Toyota Tundra Crew Max with the 5.7 motor because I hunt and use it to carry my surfboard and take our karts to the track. I also use it take my 2 little boys to school in it because I can push traffic out of my way when they are late for class.
I just added the TRD supercharger because, now with over 500 HP it adds to my fun and I want to leave a giant carbon footprint behind.
It's always the little cars who whine and bltch how much they hate huge vehicles, how about staying the hell out of the way. When I ride my sportbike on the street, I use a novel approach I avoid big vehicles. I would hate to be all squished in some shlt box ecno car cause I'm penny pinching over a few bucks. It's like flying first class all your life and then being sent to to steerage.
