i guess i can see some reasoning behind this. always interesting to see something new.
but adding even more wieght up front to an already front heavy car isnt going to help the handling dynamics much.

i didnt think that was possible because both the super charger and the turbo have to be running at the same boost to run correctly. unless the supercharger is for low rpms and then the turbo takes over at higher rpm's once spooled, so it would have to be a sequential system like that. the same reasoning with having two different sized turbo's running at the same time, it cant happen, they have to be sequential.
