But, all the wannabe Steve C's aren't as good at it or as funny.
Dude, was pretty legit though, having your own thread years later proves it, imo. I guess someone who was just always doing stupid shit could also get their own thread years later, but Steve C wasn't in that camp.

The beauty of Steve C was that he understood that there were always better, nicer cars out there and he would jump on you if you were a fanboi, no matter what brand you were a fanboi of. I actually really liked him and was sorry to see him go.

Who was the guy, think he might have had an RX7, but definitely a Maserati (or _claimed_ to at least)? I thought he was pretty funny, because everything he posted was "in character" (I thought it was obvious his actual personality was totally different). I think he declared some kind of ultimatum, "Do this mods, or I'll throw my douchebaggery into overdrive" so he got the boot.

AlexF20C was the guy trolling everyone for years saying he had an LS1 S2000, (back in like '03/'04) when it was unheard of. He even posted youtube vids of a walkaround of his car with a V-8 dubbed in or in the back ground or something.
Steve C, ahh such good memories when he'd bust someone. But it got old after a while, it was a lot of the same thing over and over with him. I think a lot of us are looking through rose tinted glasses because he's not around.
As far as xviper was concerned, his DIY posts were great back in the day, but the self-righteous attitude was ridiculous. Especially the lame ass reason he left.
Also: it's apparent I used to spend way too much time on these boards, haha
