BTW, Got any ideas on how to take care of the rust on the CRF450's header pipe? I just got a trick carbon fiber header guard and need to spritz it up.

Thanks, I just installed a titanium Akrapovic slip-on. It looks/sounds a lot better, and the bike dropped 13 lbs...still need to derestrict the intake and get a new chip.

My header rusted too...maybe SOS pads will clean it up? That's what I use to polish my frame.
