No list of sports cars is complete without the unique style and awesome power/handling of the Chrysler Crossfire, or the rugged and Teutonic SLK55 AMG. The mere label 'AMG' elevates a car to sports-car super-stardom.

It's funny how many people hate the looks of the M coupe. There are a couple of them I see regularly out at Cars and Coffee events, and personally I think they're absolutely stunning! You do have to see them in person though, pictures don't do them justice for some reason. If only I could get a ride in one...

S2000 (this is S2ki after all. But seriously, it's a fine sports car)
RX7 or NSX (classic 90's JDM dream car)
911 GT3 (perennial standard bearer)
Ferrari / Lambo (everyone of us dream of owning one growing up. Bucket list car)
M5 (a damn fine saloon once kids/wife enters picture)

I don't know what kind of income you pull in but owning both F1 and P1?
really?
F40 is already pretty ridiculous but some folks here maybe able to swing one but F1 and P1? that's gonna be pretty impossible to "own at least once"

I love em too. You really need to get a ride or drive one if possible. It's not quite the S, but when you push it to the limit its the closest thing I've had as much fun in. BMW really did the driving dynamic of that car right.

Miata - to experience how driving can be fun w/o going that fast

S2000 - for obvious reasons

911 - it's the only car I haven't owned that I need to own at some point in my life

M3 - any gen, they're just great all-around cars

Tesla - still on the pricey side, but they're awesome and make ICE-powered cars feel dated by comparison.
