Can we *please* get passed the "fail" meme from 2005? Few things on the internet are as annoying these days as parroting such wildly overused phrases.

You and the internet aren't going to get along.

I get along just fine with the inanimate object, thanks. I'm hoping that the level of discourse will improve when mindless drivel is pointed out as such. I mean really, "fail" is as thoroughly played as the whole "owned" garbage. That type of humor (or in this case, pseudo-witty barb) appeals to people with fewer than 10 brain cells. It's as if Internet memes have made third-grade level insults somehow acceptable.
Sooner you realize this, the sooner you become less annoyed.

Oh I get it. It's lingo. It's lingo that was cool about 4 years ago. That's the problem.
Remember back in the early 90s when it was all the rage to "trick" someone by saying something crazy and then yelling "PYSCH?"
What did you think of people who were still saying the same thing in the late 90s? Get it yet? I take it you haven't seen Borat. (pause....NOT!)

LFA sound is better based on these videos.
I didn't like the look when I first saw it but it's growing on me. Interesting that he has the same complaints about steering feel that people have about the S2k.

one thing it seems with some of the reviews i've read (eg:motortrend) they were preferring the sound of the ferrari's flat plane V8 vs LFA V10. maybe the LFA doesn't sound the same when your listening to it from the inside but there is no way the italia to me sounds better than the LFA.

Some slang sticks around, some doesn't. "Fail", in its current interwebz usage, might, or might not, fail...

I wathched the Ferrari vid first, and thought it sounded great. Then I saw the LF-A vid, and OMG, it sounds incredible.
How ironic that Lexus unveils a car that sounds like an F1 racecar right as Toyota announces the termination of their involvement in F1.
