Now I'm not talking a light scratch on the bumper here, this is a full fledged hit. The rear passenger's door is pushed in under the molding and there is a bumper width scrape mark from the very end of the front passenger door all the way thru the dent and to the rear of the rear door.
How can someone do that much damage to a car and walk away from it?
I was backed into a spot, so it's either the right front (most likely) or rear left( if they were backed in) of a white car.
I'm going for a walk later on to investigate corners of white cars out side. What to do if I were to find a white car with blue paint on the bumper?

It doesn't matter if it's a '78 Nova, or a brand new Corvette... people have no respect for other people's property. Especially cars. I think it's especially bad around here because I work in the middle of this BIG DIG disaster, it's like a war zone around here, but RUDE nonetheless.
