We have a guy at work who moonlights on weekends as a Pontiac/GMC salesman and he said the moment he gets his hands on one that I'm challenged to a "race".......I imagine after the 1st 60 feet he'll turn with his tail between his legs and wimper home.

if it comes in at the promised $20,000 it does not look like a bad deal at all, but I don't want one! I stick with my 5 year old handling machine.

Is it me, or does the solstice/sky suffer from the mighty GM wheel gap, seen on all of their cars?

That interior is hideous. From the outside, it looks pretty good, especially from the back or side. I don't really like the front but it's not too bad. I think the Sky will look better, though.

Overall, not bad. Looks like a Z8, S2000, Miata, and Tuscan TVR mixed together.

the sky and solstice represent a great value in the roadster market. 177hp and .9g's on the skid pad. the performance models of these two cars are going to really stir the competition. backed by GM racing, many performance parts will be available. I hope Honda takes notice and updates the s2k unlike the NSX.

Wouldn't expect anything less from GM.

The pictures here make it look pretty awful IMO.

What's up with the round vents? I am not a big fan of that. The grille position makes me wonder how well it will hold up to a minor bump in the front.

IMHO, the sky is the better looking one.

For GM, the Solstice looks like a winner!

Can't wait to check it out in person.
