I could be wrong, but I don't think the CS and AS national times are directly comparable. I believe the classes were run at different times of day. CS ran later, and there was more rubber laid down from all the previous runs. There's probably a thread on this in the racing and competition forum. I'm no expert (just a regional guy on street tires), but I don't think the GXP will dominate. Hopefully it will be able to mix it up in a class were the Sti, S2000, 993, and C4 are all competitive.
