Exactly.... we drove a ~200hp smallish SUV for years. Got the X3M Comp and it's an absolute hoot to drive...

I keep seeing the click-bait "JEEP AND DODGE ARE SCREWED AND GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!" videos on youtube so I searched for price listings of Wranglers locally and there was one 392 for $107k. Yeah sure.

All of the 4XE Wraglers were slashed $13k off sticker, but still seemed like they could go a little lower for me to call them a value, and I would rather have far less complexity in the plain old 3.6 than trust Stellantis with modern hybrid technology.

Dude that $107k is the FINAL EDITION!! It's a steal at that price.

I am watching with casual interest. If Stellantis brings out the lifetime warranty again, I'm willing to bite, as it turned out to be a great investment on my '12 Durango. I think at some time soon, it will simply need to get more aggressive on moving product - it has almost 2 year's worth in some cases that's sitting, rotting on dealer lots.

I was reading a report recently that Jeep was killing some of their best selling models ? It seemed very odd to me, but I didn't take the time to review it all as nothing surprises me anymore in the auto business.

Well Porsche is killing their best selling model, so I guess we'll see how it works out.

Yes but they were killing the ICE Macan anyway. That just sped up the timeline. I don't see the vastly more expensive EV version selling as well.
