After sitting on bunches of bikes during the motorcycle show this past weekend, my only positive impressions are:
- Ducati 1098 and 848 are super aggressive - I liked that.
- The new Kawasaki 250R could be an absolutely hoot to ride.
- I did the right thing when I purchased my '07 CBR600RR.
I wouldn't mind having one of the Ducs, but not if I had to pay the price difference from my Honda.
(None of the other bikes really impressed me much, except that the new CBR1000RR looked just fine in person.)

I've wanted a black 749 for a while, I don't mind that it isn't a rocket ship. I actually prefer it that way for what I'd be using it for. However, i'm only in my early 20's and I think I may be getting to old to daily drive SS sportbikes. I rode about 400 miles combined between sat. and sun. and I had to take an alieve[sp] this morning because my right knee was bothering me. That was on an 06 zx6r. I think a 05 zx12r and a black 749 would make a great combination of motorcycles in the garage. I've got a 954RR and 06 zx6r right now, not quite as diversified but a good combo.
